inkstone linked to world flags as hot anime guys to celebrate the 2020 Olympics. I have long held the opinion anything -- even flags, which I like anyway -- can be improved with hot anime dudes. (It is in fact the only reason I watched -- and finished watching -- Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu). Sweden is a particular fav, but I also gotta give a shout out to my boy Canada, but they're all honestly delightful.

I watched Good Omens over the weekend. As a result, I have a very clean apartment. I bought the book roughly twenty years ago, never read it for whatever reason, but I really loved the show. Like, that was honestly delightful, and I might actually watched it again. And maybe finally read that book I've been carting around for two decades! Strangers things and all that!

Origin is having a big sale right now on Sims 4, so I treated myself and picked up a few packs I had been eyeing -- mainly Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Stuff, Kitchen Stuff and Go To Work. I have a bunch of mods installed, and I'm honestly delighted that now when my sims, ahem, enjoy each other's company, they leave a pile of clothing in their wake. I also have very much enjoyed sending my Rictor and Shatterstar sims out on a camping trip and them eating ice cream cones.

I should be writing -- I have no less than five stories with deadlines right now, not including the fact hc_bingo just started its new round -- but that ice cream just makes them so happy. Their kids have moved out, so it's basically just them and their ice cream machine.
