Hurt/comfort exchange reveals
Jun. 1st, 2019 09:07 pmIt's been a crazy two weeks, so I am a little behind on reveals, but I finally lived the dream and became the first person to post a story for a pairing on AO3. Wooohoo. Simon may never be seen again in the books, but I, for one, will never forget that time Pyro and Iceman canonically hooked up at Rogue and Gambit's wedding! I was soooooooo happy to receive this as my assignment!

First up, I got I'll Burn. It's Dorian/Cullen from Dragon Age: Inquisition and sweet sweet sharing-a-bed pining after a mission gone wrong leads to injury. The story is so very them, and so very perfect. Yesss.
And then, a treat! Tireless, which is Dorian/Klaus from From Eroica with Love. It's got some sweet sweet huddling for warmth after a mission gone wrong leads to injury. I love how these guys play off each other here!
Two things I have learned from this:
1. Mission gone wrong leads to injury is a perennial personal favourite.
2. I like dudes named Dorian.

It's not Wednesday yet, but let it be known, for the record, that I will not be renewing my library book an eleventh time. ::flex emoji::

I went to see John Wick 3 with my father, despite the fact neither of us could remember if we'd seen 2. We had definitely seen 1. All that to say, I really enjoyed it! Violent af offset with tinges of humour, which is basically what I was expecting. Also, a really good cast.
