tangerinerOkay, so the New Mutants: Dead Souls preview is out for issue 2. (Massively spoilery article btw). Okay, that doesn't look like Rictor and Shatterstar are still broken up. So that is good. Very, very good. I'm both tentatively relieved as shit but also mightily peeved Marvel did that in the first place. Also, I'm okay if they never address it -- makes it easier to write fic and fill in the spaces myself. I can't trust Marvel, so ... who really knows.
As for the pages we saw, I liked the scene a lot: brunch with Ric, Rahne, Tabs, and Star. Boom Boom was particularly awesome. Interesting things learned: Star doesn't eat often and has strong feelings about the atmosphere of brunch places in the neighbourhood, and also doesn't seem to mind when Julio speaks for him.

Managed to get a bunch of episodes of Fansplaining listened to on my drive to the parents for Easter long weekend. Traffic was heavy and therefore slow, so I listened to more than I would have wanted to, but the time passed more quickly than usual. A+++
Smutswap assignment progressing nicely. The prompt was great, so I am full of ideas and inspiration.
Things I am behind on: finishing up the anime I was watching from last season. In the end, I really only stuck with School Babysitters and Yowamushi Pedal, but I need to be finished both before the new season starts (or I started it anyway). My brain is very particular about this.
