Curses! So bad at keeping this thing updated!

A few things:

• Doing Nanowrimo.  I've had this idea kicking around for, like, eight years, and I'm not getting any younger. Might as well do it. 
• Grow increasingly distressed that the entire world isn't writing ricstar fic all the time.  What is up with that?
• Have possibly decided on yuletide requests.  Maybe.  Probably. 
• On an anime binge right now.  Watched Tiger & Bunny, LOVED IT.  Was a little surprised by my love for Sky High, but just a tiny bit.  I love me some social awkward penguin.  Also watched High School of the Dead, LIKED IT.  I can usually put up with fan service, but it actually detracted from the story a lot in this case.  Next up: Macross Frontier and Durarara!
• WHY EVERYONE IN WORLD NO WRITE ricstar???
• Seriously considering NYCC for next year.  It sounds like a lot of fun.  And I think I will try to make Wizard World Toronto Comic Con this year, since it used to be my favourite comic con when it was still run by Paradise Comics.  And I love comics. And will prolly hit the Naru2u convention in Ottawa in a few weeks, despite the world's stupidest name for an anime convention. 

Comics blather: With placidia's help, I have come to accept the Warren in Uncanny X-Force is Archangel, not Warren at all. I KNOW THIS. I do, I swear, but HE IS SO MEAN. And real Warren is almost gone, and I know nothing is forever in the Marvel Universe, but so very cruel. And then Rictor is being a giant asshole (more than usual), and somehow Shatterstar, who tends toward weirdness, is the only one being sane. I JUST WANT YOU GUYS TO BE HAPPY. And if you have to, guys, sleep with Terry, kk?
