If you're a fan of Marvel, in any format or universe, there are two big bangs I love.

Marvel Big Bang (marvel_bang) is primarily run here on DW and Discord. I've found this one particularly inspiring the last few years. It has a 10k minimum, and the timelines are very generous for actually getting it done.

Marvel Reverse Big Bang is mostly a combination of Tumblr, Discord and Google. 5k minimum. I was worried I wouldn't find any art I could actually write (being comics only), but I did, and I had a blast doing it!

And then there are my two favourite bingos:

trope_bingo because who doesn't love tropes? You can opt out of stuff, and the trope list is fantastically tropey.

hc_bingo is also great. You can opt out of the hurt/comfort stuff you don't want to write, and the list of h/c tropes is exhaustive.

And then, finally, the fic exchanges. I love fic exchanges. This non-exhaustive list includes:

yuletide - the perennial fav and absolutely gigantic.

raremaleslashex - as a lover of rarepairs, this one is fun.

chocolateboxcomm - low pressure relationship (romantic or platonic) fun.

fandom5k - 5k minimum. My story ideas are naturally longer, so this one suits.

hurtcomfortex - basically what it says on the tin.
