OMG. I finally made it to 100 works on AO3 under this name. (I have 76 under Rhys (with probably ten missing from that list), so you know, technically I hit 100 a long time ago, but still). Woot. I thought I was going to hit it with one of my bangs, but as noted in the previous entry, I might've gone a little bananas with the Rare Male Slash Exchange pinch hits.

Triple digits. I finally got there. Yaaay.

On Friday, I sat myself down and basically had this conversation:

Me: Okay, self, we're at 9k words for Bang #2. We have to finish this thing this weekend. 10k more words probably please.
Self: No, I do not want to do that.
Me: Self, there is a deadline. You will do this.
Self: But I want to watch movies and YouTube videos all weekend.
Me: Sure, but also 10k.

All this to say, while it is not good, I wrote 10k and finished it. I only cried twice (due to the subject matter in the scenes, not because I wasn't enjoying writing it). I know so much more about vines that I ever wanted to. I also bought a box of 20 pulparindos for research purposes.

fanworks convention is this weekend! Hence the self-imposed bang deadline because the rough drafts are due for claims on the 21st. I am excite. Not only because I do not have to wake up at 2 am for this one. (I love you, Escapade, but frig do I not love waking up at 2 am). I just love being fannish and talking fandom IRL! Or I guess listening, because I don't really talk, but still! It's great, and I am so ready, and I have so many fun shirts and earrings!
