I couldn't resist this. Stole via my Network from [personal profile] elf.

Rules: Go to your AO3 works page, expand all the filters, and answer the following questions!

95 stories.

What are your first and second most common work ratings?

Explicit (37)
Mature (25)

Yuuuuup, that sounds about right. I am terrible at picking between these two, btw, and I am still tempted to downgrade the rating on some of my stories.

What's your most common archive warning?

No Archive Warnings Apply (57)

I don't really write dark stuff these days, which reflects in this.

Do you consider yourself an adventurous creator?

Not currently, no. I think I was way more adventurous in popslash, but that also kinda backfired and stressed me out. So... sexy tropey fluff in my old(er) age. That may change some day.

How many works have you created in each pairing category?

M/M (69)
Gen (17)
F/M (7)
F/F (4)

Well, shit. I guess I can't ever write another m/m story, because that is the most perfect of numbers. (said while I am currently poking at another m/m story).

Is this more accidental, or do you have preferences?

I have a very strong preference for romance... 80% of my non-fanfic reading is exclusively (historical) romance novels. Also, an enormous number of those m/m stories are the same two dudes, who I happen to love very much and am still incredibly happy canonically love each other.

What are your top 4 fandoms by numbers?

X-Men (Comicverse) (59)
X-Force (Comics) (25)
X-Factor (Comics) (17)
The Dead Zone (TV) (3)

So I like the X-Men, eh? For whatever reason, on Ao3, X-Force and X-Factor are not sub-tags of X-Men, even though they should be. So for stories set during X-Force era, they get tagged X-Force and X-Men, the broader tag, because if I just tag X-Force, they won't show up in the broader X-Men tag at all. Likewise for X-Factor. Otherwise, they just get the X-Men tag.

Are you still active in any of them, and do you tend to migrate a lot?

Yes. I may leave for a time, have other dalliances, but I have been writing in the X-Men fandom, off and on, since 1996. I read in way more fandoms than I write in, though, and try to be a good feedbacker.

What are your top 4 relationship tags?

Julio Richter/Shatterstar (41)
Jean-Paul Beaubier/Warren Worthington III (5)
Elizabeth Braddock/Warren Worthington III (5)
Dee Laytner/Randy "Ryo" MacLean (2)

Does this match how you feel about the characters, or are you puzzled?

Yeeeeeeeeep. Actually, I'm a little surprised Warren doesn't show up more, but I guess that's just a thing I have to fix.

What are your top 10 most used additional tags?

POV First Person (20)
First Time (15)
Angst (10)
Hurt/Comfort (10)
First Kiss (8)
Mexico (7)
Yuletide (6)
Coming Out (6)
Suicidal Thoughts (6)
Friendship (5)

What would happen if you combined the top 4 of these into a fic?

Uh, my kind of story? Minus the POV First Person, which I use more as a warning tag since I know some people (including myself) aren't always up for it. In my younger years, most of my stuff was in first person, which accounts for the number. But gimme that h/c, angsty, first time story all day long please.

How many WIPs do you have currently running on AO3? Any you don't plan on finishing?

None. WIP just isn't my thing, to write or read. Feedback and kudos are lovely and always appreciated, but they're not my main motivator. My main motivator is that Marvel Comics can't do anything right, and I have to do every frigging thing myself. (Marveeeeeeeeeeeel! :waves fist:)
