THE WASHINGTON CAPITALS WON THE STANLEY CUP!! I remarked to nafs that this is the first time a team I have actually wanted to win the cup won it, and that it feels AMAZING. I was committed to the reverse-jinx, so I didn't enjoy the process as much as I could have, BUT OVI! BACKY! There is no purer love on this planet than the love between Ovechkin and Backstrom imo.

I am dedicating this weekend to 1) catching up with the My Hero Academia manga (done -- I read 80 chapters last night) 2) reviewing the canon for my raremaleslashex story (which I am honestly delighted to write) and 3) re-reading the Phoenix Saga and the Dark Phoenix Saga because I said I would do the blurb for book-club this week on the Earth 616 discord (a classic!).

And also, I wrote a thing, for a friend, who really got me thinking about demon!Ric (who does not, for the record, exist, but maybe should? would be so handsome? would be totally great?).
